By using the TicketFix Traffic School website or course platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any course-specific terms presented during registration. If you do not agree, do not use the service or enroll in a course.

Course selection and eligibility

Traffic school rules vary by state, court, agency, insurer, and program. You are responsible for reviewing the course description, approval information, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and completion instructions that apply to your ticket or program before enrolling. TicketFix does not guarantee that every course will satisfy every citation, court order, insurance requirement, or other purpose.

Registration and student accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You may not allow another person to complete required course work, quizzes, exams, identity checks, or other student activities on your behalf. Course rules may require identity verification or other compliance measures.

Payments and fees

Prices, taxes, processing charges, certificate fees, reporting fees, shipping fees, or other charges will be disclosed when applicable. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Course progress, assessments, and completion

You are responsible for completing the required course material and assessments and for meeting any deadlines that apply to your situation. Passing requirements, retakes, timers, identity checks, and other course rules can vary. Completion is not established until the requirements for the applicable course have been satisfied.

Certificates and reporting

Certificate issuance and reporting procedures vary by jurisdiction and course. You are responsible for reviewing the course completion instructions and confirming whether TicketFix reports electronically, provides a certificate, or requires another step. TicketFix is not responsible for a missed court or program deadline caused by enrolling too late or failing to follow completion instructions.

No legal advice or guaranteed outcome

Website and course information is provided for educational and administrative purposes and is not legal advice. TicketFix does not guarantee dismissal of a ticket, reduction of points, an insurance benefit, court acceptance, or any other particular outcome unless a specific written guarantee is expressly provided for the applicable course.

Intellectual property

Course content, text, graphics, branding, software, assessments, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use course materials only for your personal participation in the course and may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from them except where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website or course platform, attempt unauthorized access, misuse student accounts, submit fraudulent information, scrape protected course content, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Service availability and third parties

TicketFix may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, communications, reporting, and other functions. Temporary outages, maintenance, or third-party interruptions can occur. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make TicketFix responsible for those services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. TicketFix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and termination

TicketFix may update these Terms or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, misuse, or service changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
