Refund Policy

Refund eligibility can depend on the course purchased, the jurisdiction or program, the amount of course activity already completed, whether a certificate or completion record has been issued or reported, third-party fees already incurred, and applicable law. This policy does not limit any refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Requesting a refund review

Email support@ticketfixtrafficschool.com and include the name and email address associated with the student account, the course purchased, the approximate purchase date, and a short explanation of the request. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.

Course access and progress

A refund may be limited or unavailable after substantial course use, completion of required course work, issuance of a certificate, electronic reporting of completion, or another irreversible course service. The rules for the specific course and applicable law control.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact support so the transaction can be reviewed. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected as appropriate.

Third-party and pass-through fees

Some courses may involve third-party processing, reporting, certificate, shipping, or other pass-through fees. A fee that has already been paid to a third party or incurred to provide a completed service may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Approved refunds

When a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Course acceptance or eligibility issues

Students should review course approval and eligibility information before enrolling. If you believe you selected the wrong course or the course does not apply to your program, contact support promptly and avoid further course activity while the request is reviewed.
